Responsibilities

Operations Manager
-Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a production facility
-Will be overseeing approximately 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports 
-Hiring, terminations, employee reviews, scheduling
-Ensuring outgoing products are up to customer specifications
-Managing budgets, allocating personnel and materials in accordance with deadlines
-Participate in compliance audits
-Responsible for pulling production reports
-Process improvements



Typical work hours are 6am-430pm Mon-Thurs - may need to help out as needed on weekends when production is running
