Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a dedicated quality team to achieve operational excellence.
- QMS Management: Oversee all aspects of the QMS, ensuring strict compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage calibration programs, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions through structured problem-solving.
- Audit Readiness: Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and customer quality inquiries.
