Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and pool hall.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage floor coverage, service flow, and staff coordination to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain venue standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and policy adherence.
- Own full P&L responsibility — tracking revenue, labor, and operating costs across departments.
- Forecast, analyze, and strategize to optimize profitability.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team across food & beverage and billiards operations.
- Ensure all tables and guest areas meet professional standards for function and appearance.
- Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and overall venue presentation.
- Oversee all events and manage group bookings.
