Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Label packages and complete necessary shipping documentation (domestic and international)
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers) for pickup and delivery
- Verify order accuracy, item condition, and proper packaging for safe transport
- Maintain clean, organized shipping area and adhere to safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking of stock levels
- Use ERP/WMS to update shipment statuses and generate packing lists
- Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues
