Responsibilities

• Bridge the Gap: Serve as the primary bilingual liaison, ensuring seamless communication and clarity between English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
  
  
• Drive Throughput: Own the floor. You’ll monitor workflow in real-time, adjusting labor and tasks to ensure we hit our daily production targets without breaking a sweat.
  
  
• Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example. You aren’t just delegating; you’re on the floor with the team, identifying bottlenecks and keeping the energy high.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Maintain process standards, reinforce safety protocols, and ensure the warehouse remains as organized as a flagship retail store.
  
  
• Reporting & Feedback: Keep management in the loop with clear updates on progress, challenges, and team performance.
