We are seeking a dedicated and professional Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This role is a 90-day assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of our company, managing high-volume communications while ensuring that orders and service requests are handled with precision. Professional demeanor for both phone and face-to-face interactions.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Communication: Manage a heavy flow of incoming phone calls and emails with a focus on quick response times and high-level professionalism.
  
  
• Order Management: Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are captured correctly to prevent delays.
  
  
• Parts & Service Support: Facilitate service parts requests and assist customers in identifying the correct components for their needs.
  
  
• In-Person Interaction: Provide a welcoming experience for customers visiting the facility in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues on-site.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to customer accounts, parts requests, and order history.
  
  
• System Processing: Navigate internal software systems to track orders from entry through to fulfillment.
  
  
• Must be able to operate a forklift
