We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure product excellence from receiving through shipping. If you have a background in manufacturing inspection and a commitment to precision, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Verify incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods using drawings, models, and inspection plans.
- Tooling: Operate calipers, protractors, height gauges, and pin/plug gauges.
- Compliance: Identify non-conformance, issue Quality Holds, and assist with corrective actions.
- Logistics: Operate an overhead crane to move large materials throughout the facility.
- Documentation: Maintain inspection data, calibration programs, and material certifications (QMS).
- Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication quality role.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities
Inspect purchased incoming materials for conformity.
• Inspect in-process (manufactured) products for conformity.
• Inspect finished products for conformity utilizing parts lists, inspections plans, model, and/or drawings.
• Work in all areas of the facility, including Receiving, Fabrication, Finishing & Shipping.
• Place Quality Holds on any/all items of non-compliance; Assist with development of nonconformance
reports and corrective actions.
• Confers with Quality Management and/or Engineering staff to determine compliance.
• Operate tooling equipment needed to complete product inspections, including but not limited to calipers,
protractors, scales, height gauges, check fixtures, and pin/plug gauges.
• Operate an overhead crane to transport large materials and product throughout the facility.
• Collect, maintain, and interpret inspection data as required.
• Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the calibration program.
• Maintain a safety conscience working environment and conduct continuous improvement on foreign
object debris prevention.
• Interpret, validate, and maintain supplier/internal material certifications, and certificates of conformance
per customer and regulatory requirements.
• Aid in the facilitation and communication of QMS requirements, procedures, work instructions, and
forms as necessary to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in production related tasks if assigned by management.
