Responsibilities
- Lead technical project development from initiation through production launch, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to define requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Oversee product lifecycle activities, including design verification and validation compliance.
- Serve as the primary communication link between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a technical, electrical, and/or mechanical product development environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
