Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Direct Workflow: Lead the charge for receiving, storage, and shipping departments to ensure all daily volume targets are smashed.
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks effectively to keep the floor moving and ensure no pallet is left behind.
- System Expert: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Data & Documentation: Generate shipping labels, track stock movements, and compile daily KPI reports for management.
- Standards Bearer: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure every outgoing shipment matches customer specifications and company standards.
- Safety First (5S): Champion a clean, organized work environment using 5S principles.
- Equipment Care: Ensure all forklifts and pallet jacks are operated safely and maintained according to protocol.
