In this role, you won’t just be "fixing things"—you’ll be a vital part of our operational success. You will be responsible for the routine care and repair of our metal fabrication equipment, ensuring that our roll formers, shears, and hydraulic systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment such as hydraulic presses, roll formers, shears, and forklifts to prevent breakdowns.
- Mechanical Repairs: Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues, including replacing belts, bearings, chains, and gears.
- Facility Upkeep: Handle general building maintenance including basic plumbing, lighting replacement, and minor carpentry.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA standards and company safety protocols, specifically Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all repairs, parts used, and PM schedules using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Collaboration: Assist senior technicians (Tier II and III) with complex electrical or hydraulic overhauls.
