Responsibilities
- Advanced Inspection: Work from blueprints, specifications, and design drawings to verify manufactured parts and mechanisms against extremely tight tolerances.
- Incoming & Vendor Quality: Inspect incoming materials and vendor-supplied items to ensure they align with engineering drawings and company standards before they hit the production floor.
- In-Process & Final Validation: Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure parts fit perfectly during final assembly and maintain high standards for workmanship and appearance.
- Calibration Management: Support and maintain the calibration system, ensuring all measuring equipment is accurate, up-to-date, and on a proper cycle.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain meticulous records, reports, and quality logs for all inspections.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly work area and strictly adhere to all prescribed safety regulations.
