Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively
- Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and functionality
- Identify and report defects, errors, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production schedules and output goals
- Assist with testing, packaging, and labeling of finished products as needed
