Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plating department, including scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Oversee the plating process to ensure high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Lead and motivate a team of plating technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet overall manufacturing goals.
