Responsibilities

Seeking motivated Assistant Operators to join our corrugated production crew, focusing on machine efficiency, safety, and product quality. In this role, you will assist with machine setups, monitor key process parameters, and accurately input production data into our tracking systems. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a corrugated environment, along with the ability to read job tickets and CAD layouts. You must be prepared to work on your feet for up to 12-hour shifts and collaborate closely with design, scheduling, and maintenance teams to meet production timelines.

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
