Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Oversee, train, and support a dedicated team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Strategic Planning: Prepare weekly schedules, manage weekend PM projects, and handle shift pass-downs to ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
- Preventative Expert: Execute and oversee ISO-standard preventative maintenance schedules to stop breakdowns before they happen.
- Resource Management: Research and order spare parts, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Safety Champion: Maintain a pristine, organized shop environment and ensure all company safety policies are followed to the letter.
