Join our team as a CNC Machine Setup/Operator!! We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and operation of CNC Lathes and Mills. Working closely with our CNC Lead and Value Stream Team Lead, you will ensure every part meets our high quality standards through precise measurement and diligent documentation. If you have 2–3 years of experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to precision, we want to hear from you.

salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Execute CNC Lathe and Mill production runs, progressing from guided operation to independent performance.
• Setup & Maintenance: Perform comprehensive machine setups, including tool changes (inserts, drills) and tool "touch-off" procedures.
• Quality Control: Conduct precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, and VMM programs.
• Technical Compliance: Interpret numbered Inspection Method Sheets (IMS) and blueprints to ensure part accuracy.
• Process Optimization: Execute basic offset adjustments under the mentorship of senior operators.
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous production records, including work orders, IMS data entry, and digital job logging.
