In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through distribution, operations, and manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, discussing, and completing reports about the warehouse team and the staff. 
• Ensure staff follows company and government policies and procedures.
• Sets production goals and metrics.
• Experience in e-commerce
• Complete necessary paperwork associated with each job.
• Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved.
• Correspond with customers on project deadlines, timeframes, and production capabilities.
• Complete costing analysis for each job.
• Provide pricing per job to sales representative to be presented to customer.
