Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Proactively respond to and complete general repairs including roofing, flooring, door systems, and interior finishes across office and specialized lab environments.
- Perform critical maintenance within warehouses and cleanrooms, ensuring all work adheres to strict contamination control and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues early, developing and implementing plans to extend the lifespan of our infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of essential maintenance supplies to ensure the team is always equipped for rapid response.
- 3–5 years of proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial or industrial facility infrastructure.
- Ability to perform manual labor and navigate various environments including roofs, outdoors, and technical spaces.
- Familiarity with fire systems, gate systems, or carpentry in a regulated (GXP/Pharmaceutical) environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to solve complex structural problems.'
- Up to $42.36/hr (commensurate with experience).
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a culture focused on collaboration and professional growth.
