Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

• Logistics & Handling: Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles; receive and document all incoming and outgoing merchandise (including returns).
  
  
• Inventory Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy of inventory levels; utilize scanning technology to ensure precise and timely shipping.
  
  
• Safety First: Uphold strict Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards to ensure a secure working environment for all.
  
  
• Customer Service & Collaboration: * Partner with internal teams (Store Associates and Sales Managers) to coordinate product delivery.
  
  
  • Provide exceptional service to external partners, including mechanical contractors, dealers, and owners.
    
    
• Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of the warehouse by performing other duties as assigned. 
  
  
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations. HVAC industry experience is highly preferred.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic PC skills and hands-on experience with inventory, shipping, and receiving systems.
  
  
• Certifications: Current Forklift certification is preferred.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:
