Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Efficiency: Monitor machine feeds and speeds, making adjustments as necessary to hit production targets.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Resume: A current, updated Resume is a MUST.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of machine operation experience (manufacturing or production environment).
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physicality: Must be capable of heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Skills: strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
