What You Will Do
- Optimize the Floor: Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to tackle space constraints and redesign layouts for maximum throughput.
- Reduce Friction: Partner with area leads and forklift operators to eliminate unnecessary material touchpoints and smooth out the flow of goods.
- Master the Data: Leverage SAP to analyze inventory transactions, identify bottlenecks, and build custom reporting that makes auditing picks and put-aways seamless.
- Solve Complex Problems: Lead root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Standardize Excellence: Help document "Best Practice" protocols for material handling and order picking while ensuring 100% compliance with corporate audit requirements.
- A Change Agent: You possess "managerial courage." You aren't afraid to push back against the status quo and can influence teams toward better results, even without a formal reporting line.
- Technically Savvy: You navigate SAP with ease and have a high degree of comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- A Self-Starter: You require minimal supervision and are known for your proactive approach to solving problems before they escalate.
salary: $22 - $27 per hour
