Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- High-Bay Picking: Operate a Cherry Picker safely to reach, select, and lower products from high-level racking.
- Order Accuracy: Use RF scanners to ensure the correct items are picked and inventory levels remain accurate.
- Safety Protocols: Follow all OSHA and facility safety guidelines, including the proper use of harnesses and fall protection equipment.
- Inbound/Outbound Support: Assist with putting away stock (replenishment) and staging orders for shipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure it is in safe working order.
- Resume: A current, professional Resume is a MUST.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
- Certification: Must have a valid Forklift/Order Picker Certification.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and long hours.
- Physicality: Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30+ feet and capable of heavy lifting.
