Responsibilities
To be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Resume: A professional, updated Resume is a MUST.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a similar technical manufacturing role.
- Skills: Experience with soldering, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly, and reading wire diagrams/blueprints is highly preferred.
- Physicality: Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small parts for long periods.
- Component Assembly: Assemble electronic parts, modules, and circuits using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, wire diagrams, and schematics to ensure 100% assembly accuracy.
- Quality Testing: Perform visual inspections and basic functional tests on completed units to identify defects or "cold" solder joints.
- Precision Soldering: Apply soldering techniques to connect components to boards without damaging sensitive parts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of production numbers and quality check results.
