- Precise adjustment of machine tension, speed, and settings to ensure product integrity.
- Proactively inspecting the warp for defects, correcting yarn breaks, and ensuring a uniform, high-quality beam.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance and thorough machine cleaning.
- Accurately recording production metrics and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
- Proven experience operating warping equipment (sectional warper experience preferred).

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities for a Warper role typically include:
- Machine Operation: Setting up, threading, and operating the sectional warping machine.
- Creel Management: Loading and unloading spools/packages of yarn (creeling) and ensuring proper alignment and tension.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the machine and inspecting the warp beams for defects or broken filaments, and making necessary adjustments to settings (speed, tension).
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, correcting yarn breaks promptly, and conducting routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Finished Product Handling: Removing the full warp beams, wrapping them with protective paper, securing the beams, and transporting materials.
- Documentation & Safety: Recording production data, reporting machine malfunctions, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
