- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a dedicated Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using standard measurement equipment.
- Stable Work History: We are looking for a candidate with a consistent employment record that demonstrates commitment and professional growth.
- Detail-Oriented: An unmatched ability to spot "the needle in the haystack" when it comes to product defects.

Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Performing detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate, real-time records of quality audits and test results.
- Problem Solving: Identifying deviations or defects and working closely with the production team to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance: Ensuring all processes align with internal SOPs and industry safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Suggesting enhancements to current quality workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
