In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons; you’ll be the technical lead for our lathe operations. You will be responsible for everything from developing 2- to 5-axis programs and selecting specialized tooling to conducting first-article inspections. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a mastery of speeds and feeds, and the ability to troubleshoot complex setups on the fly, we want to hear from you.
salary: $72,000 - $83,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Programming & Setup: Develop, edit, and prove out programs for CNC lathes, including 2-axis to 5-axis, ensuring correct speeds, feeds, and tool paths.
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Tooling & Materials: Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for manufacturing processes.
- Quality Assurance: Perform first-article inspections, use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges), and adjust programs to meet tolerance requirements.
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Load materials, operate machinery, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting on equipment.
