Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Perform intricate assembly of optical, mechanical, and electronic components according to technical blueprints and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Optical Alignment: Use precision instruments to align lenses, prisms, and mirrors to ensure exact focal paths and image clarity.
- Quality Testing: Conduct functional testing and calibration of completed microscopes, identifying and resolving any optical aberrations or mechanical defects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, ensuring all serialized components are tracked and quality checklists are completed.
- Cleanroom Maintenance: Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination of sensitive optical surfaces.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on assembly processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and yield.
