- Schedule, set up, and track jobs to ensure on-time delivery and peak efficiency.

- Maintain the "paper trail" by providing monthly income/cost reports and logging completed inventory into Microsoft AX.
- Keep the shop running by troubleshooting equipment, scheduling repairs, and managing building maintenance (including oil/filter changes and vacuum systems).
- Provide additional support to the production floor whenever the mission requires it.
- Experience: 5–10 years in a related industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or the equivalent in professional machining experience.
- Machining Expertise:
- strong knowledge of CMM programming and operations.
- Proven track record machining high-value, tightly toleranced components.
- Hands-on experience with Surface Grinders and CNC Machines (Haas experience is a major plus).
- Proficient in CAD/CAM tools (CREO and/or SolidWorks is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MRP software (Microsoft AX experience is highly preferred).
