Currently looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist!   In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons. You will have full ownership of the machining process for small-batch, high-complexity parts. This involves performing your own setups, programming at the machine or offline (Fanuc or similar), and working directly from prints to hold the extreme tolerances required for aerospace components.

This is a Monday through Friday, 1st-shift position that actually protects your work-life balance—no mandatory weekends. It is an ideal home for a "measure twice, cut once" professional who enjoys a variety of challenging work rather than mind-numbing long runs.

You will be a great fit here if you have a background in CNC Mill setup and programming, a deep understanding of GD&T, and a desire to work in a stable, clean environment where quality matters more than speed. • Read, alter and edit programs using G & M code
• Perform offsets as needed
• Use micrometers, calipers and gauges
