Responsibilities
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and execution
of production and prepress within the facility. This role ensures production efficiency,
quality assurance, cost-effective management of resources, and continuous
improvement aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) goals. The Plant
Manager oversees production, quality, and prepress staff, ensuring alignment with
company objectives and customer expectations. Position works on site at a wareshouse in Norcross GA. Requires experience in a manufacturing environment with a title of Warehouse Manager or Director. This position is located in Norcross GA near Jimmy Carter Blvd. Local canidates.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• strong understanding of operations management, quality systems, maintenance
practices, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communicator and problem-solver with the ability to lead cross-
functional teams.
• Adaptable with shifting priorities.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations
Management, Mechanical Engineering or other similar degrees, or equivalent
experience.
5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
