We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Program Manager to lead program planning and execution from inception through delivery. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, and customer teams to maintain schedules, manage risks, and ensure programs meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and milestones
  
  
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across engineering, production, and support teams
  
  
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
  
  
• Support customer relationships and communications throughout the program lifecycle
  
  
• Monitor and manage budget, performance metrics, and program performance against business objectives
  
  
• Support business development opportunities and continuous improvement efforts
  
  
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals
