Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Complete routine maintenance and repair orders across multiple disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
- Diagnose and repair various apartment systems, including major appliances, water heaters, locks, and fixtures.
- Perform on-call emergency service as required, responding promptly and professionally to resident issues during off-hours.
- Unit Preparation (Turns):
- Prepare or assist in preparing all vacant apartments to a "market ready" condition for new tenants.
- Perform light construction work such as patching/hanging drywall, painting, and general aesthetic repairs.
- Preventative Care and Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify and proactively address maintenance issues before they become major repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building components and mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC units).
- Assist in keeping grounds, common areas, and community amenities (including pools and spas, if applicable) clean and free of trash and debris.
