• Overtime: Available and expected as needed.

Responsibilities

We are urgently seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to oversee and perform complex machining operations. This is a crucial, full-time role for an individual with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, capable of leadership and technical excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Core Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Manage full-cycle CNC machine operations, including Setup, operation, and efficient Troubleshooting.
• Execute precise Tooling changes and perform minor machine maintenance.
• Accurately interpret engineering Blueprints and specifications.
• Perform Basic Quality Control and inspection checks on finished components.
• Expertise in working with common industrial CNC control systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CNC machining.
• Commitment to high standards of attendance and professionalism.
• Willingness to work a standard first-shift schedule with availability for overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Ability to Edit G&M codes.
