Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to join our team. This role requires a dedicated and highly skilled individual to serve as a senior team member in a leadership position, ensuring the production team hits specific quotas, deadlines, and quality standards.



Responsibilities:

• Operate and regulate CNC machines for precision manufacturing.
• Master advanced programming and automation skills to keep pace with evolving software and machinery.
• Read specifications and blueprints to ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise a team of technicians and provide verbal instruction and feedback.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain product specifications.
• Handle complex client requests with a blend of technical expertise and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a machinist and/or lead engineer role.
• Proven success in a similar role.
• Technical skills including blueprinting and CAD Design.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including leadership and workflow optimization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
