Responsibilities
Ensure continuity of service for assigned equipment by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
Restore equipment to operational condition using containment and restart-at-all-cost principles until permanent resolution is achieved
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems using machine controls and diagnostics
Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions
Perform calibration of equipment, sensors, and related components
Support advanced machine operation and process stability
Understand and apply mold troubleshooting parameters including water, temperature, pressure, connections, and installation considerations
Communicate equipment status, issues, and corrective actions clearly to operators, supervisors, and technical peers
