Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Positioning and fastening parts such as headrails, slats, bottom rails, and hardware (clips, screws, and tassels) according to specific order worksheets.
- Lacing and Threading: Threading lift cords and ladder tapes through slats to ensure the blinds operate correctly and hang evenly.
- Material Preparation: Using small hand tools or operating specialized machinery (like saws or punch machines) to cut aluminum, wood, or PVC slats to specific lengths.
