We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance and inspection efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This first-shift role offers an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, process improvement, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead quality control and assurance processes across production
- Develop and implement inspection procedures, quality metrics, and corrective actions
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production and engineering teams
- Manage non-conforming products, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures
- Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation for compliance
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing setting
- deep understanding of inspection methods, process controls, and quality systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive measurable improvements
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to operational excellence
- Competitive salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- deep knowledge of quality assurance processes, AS9100D, and ISO 9001-2015 standards
- Proficiency in quality control methods, inspection processes, and using quality measurement tools
- Experience with CNC machining processes and mechanical engineering principles
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ITAR compliance and FFL requirements is a plus
