Join a high-velocity distribution center as a Shipping & Receiving Order Selector. This role is the critical link in our supply chain, responsible for the end-to-end movement of automotive inventory. You will be responsible for the precise identification, retrieval, and dispatch of high-value parts to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery. This is an active, fast-paced position designed for individuals who thrive on technical precision and physical productivity.

Responsibilities

The Order Selector / Shipping & Receiving specialist is a dual-impact role responsible for the precise flow of automotive parts through the distribution center. This position serves as the backbone of the warehouse, ensuring that inbound inventory is accurately processed and outbound orders are picked, packed, and staged with 100% accuracy.

• Locate and extract automotive parts from warehouse bins using paper pick lists or RF (Radio Frequency) scanners.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure 100% accuracy before the product leaves the shelf.
  
  
• Meet or exceed established "picks-per-hour" quotas while maintaining a high level of quality control.
  
  
• Unload incoming shipments from vendors or line-hauls, verifying that the physical count matches the Packing Slip/Bill of Lading.
