- Custom Structure Fabrication & Installation: Directly responsible for the complex task of building and installing staircases, with a special emphasis on spiral/helical designs. This includes fabricating and assembling the central column, custom treads, balusters, and railings.
- Aesthetic & Safety Railings: Constructing and installing custom railings and mantels that meet both structural safety requirements and high-end aesthetic standards for the specific staircase.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately reading and interpreting architectural drawings and blueprints, paying close attention to the specific dimensions, curvature, and structural requirements of the design.
- Custom Millwork Integration: Integrating custom woodwork elements specific to the staircase, ensuring all components (e.g., detailed treads, stringers, newel posts) meet the high-end standard of other custom millwork.
- Precision and Alignment: Ensuring the complex structure is perfectly plumb, level, and aligned during installation for flawless operation and a safe, finished look.
- Site Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the complex and detailed process.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Finish Carpenter.
- Exceptional precision and a proven track record of flawless execution.
- Expertise with all standard power and hand tools for finish work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Aesthetics and Precision: Working with precision tools to make clean, accurate cuts, and ensuring all final touches are both functional and harmonize with the overall design.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately reading and translating architectural drawings and blueprints into physical structures.
