Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations
- Stock Management: Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Operational Lead: Coordinate daily warehouse activities and team inquiries.
- Logistics Processing: Manage shipments, transfers, and transaction records.
- Inventory Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with blocked, loaned, or returned stock.
- Sub-warehouse Control: Ensure data consistency across all storage locations.
- SAP Oversight: Validate and update stock data for company-wide use.
- Discrepancy Control: Reconcile physical vs. system stock and resolve shortages.
- Audit Leadership: Lead regular audits and implement corrective actions.
- Process Documentation: Maintain audit-ready records and filing systems.
- On-site Support: Oversee physical inventory and maintain team communication.
- Team Alignment: Partner with logistics to ensure seamless, timely deliveries.
- Safety & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to company policy and safety protocols.
- Expense Management: Analyze operational costs to improve budget efficiency.
