- Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure compliance with blueprints and exceptionally tight tolerances.
- Technical Detailing: Execute high-quality detailing, shaping, and surface finishing on components, focusing on technical integrity for production.
- Expert Interpretation: Translate advanced engineering specifications and technical drawings into precise physical work.
- Tooling Expertise: Perform calibration, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting on specialized tools.
- Experience: 10+ years in high-precision finishing, assembly, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Focus: Superior technical finishing skills for production, prioritizing assembly and part integrity over traditional millwork.
