Responsivbilities include Cherry Picking and Material Handling... Staging & Consolidation: Organize picked items onto pallets using strategic stacking techniques (heavy items on bottom) to ensure load stability and minimize product damage during transit.

• Replenishment: Monitor "low stock" alerts and move bulk inventory from high-bay "reserve" locations down to "active" picking bins to keep the production flow moving.
  
  
• Inbound Sorting: Assist the receiving team in breaking down incoming pallets, verifying piece counts against packing slips, and inducting new stock into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• High-Level Picking: Safely operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) to navigate narrow aisles and pull inventory from elevated racking.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Utilize mandatory fall-protection harnesses and adhere to all OSHA and in-house safety regulations.
  
  
• Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scan guns and wearable tablets to verify SKU numbers, quantities, and bin locations with 100% accuracy.
  
  
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and stage picked orders for the shipping department, ensuring items are secured properly on pallets for transport.
