We are seeking a quality-driven Mail Center Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role is essential to our daily operations, involving everything from manual handwork and sorting to quality control and USPS preparation. If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in high-volume environments, and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, you are the ideal candidate for this position. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm PT Pay: $20/hr (weekly pay!)  Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of USPS regulations.
• Communication: Ability to understand, follow, and communicate instructions in English.
• Attributes: Results-driven, highly organized, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for the duration of a shift.
  • Capacity to frequently bend, turn, twist, and walk.
  • visual acuity (close, distance, and peripheral).

Responsibilities

• Handwork: Manually assembling packets, stuffing envelopes, and organizing items according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  
  
  • Requirement: Ability to sit for the duration of the task while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Fanning & Sorting: Assisting Insert/Sorter operators by quality-checking production mail. You will perform line breakdowns and prepare trays for USPS entry.
  
  
  • Requirement: Physically demanding; standing required for the full shift.
    
    
• Postage Metering: Operating postage meters to apply correct shipping costs. You will be responsible for pre- and post-processing quality checks to ensure compliance with USPS regulations.
