We are looking for a hands-on leader who bridges the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will oversee a tight-knit team of two skilled mechanics, ensuring our production lines run with the precision and purity our customers expect. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you won't just be fixing machines—you’ll be the backbone of a facility that empowers millions to live their best lives.

salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

 Follow cGMP.  Repair and maintain Packaging equipment to meet Quality and throughput goals. Keep mechanics and all other personnel safe by practicing company safety guidelines. Order parts and materials to keep machinery in good, safe working order. Train maintenance personnel as per SOP’s. Keep proper documentation of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Responsible for scheduling and completing of projects. Responsible for maintenance of all packaging lines that includes setups, and line changes

Overseeing 2 Mechanics, Maintain packaging dept -- 7 lines in total but only running 5 lines for prevenatitive maintenance
