What You Bring Education: High School Diploma/GED required (Associate’s in Science or Business preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in documentation, manufacturing, or QA—ideally within a cGMP-regulated environment. (FDA experience preferred) Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Access, MAX). Precision: A "high proficiency" level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data with total confidentiality.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Document Control: Manage the flow, routing, and archiving of internal/external controlled documents (Batch Records, CoA, and Specifications).
• Production Support: Complete batch reconciliations, review BOMs, and manage "Release/Hold" status for finished goods in the ERP system.
• Logistics & Samples: Coordinate the shipment of first-production samples to customers and prepare documentation for outgoing quality shipments (FedEx/UPS).
• Compliance & Audits: Maintain safety books and provide rapid, accurate record retrieval during audits and inspections.
• Problem Solving: Identify documentation-related issues and implement solutions to maintain workflow integrity.
