We are seeking a high-level, veteran Warehouse Supervisor to join our distribution hub in Houston, TX. We specialize in the global distribution of industrial hoses, fittings, connectors, and more. This isn't your average supervisory role, we are looking for a powerhouse leader with a "player-coach" mentality. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who thrives on building organizational excellence. You will play a critical role in streamlining our warehouse practices, mentoring internal talent, and championing a culture of accountability and precision. salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee and motivate warehouse staff while serving as a direct partner to current leadership within the department.
• Implement Lean Methodologies and Six Sigma principles to develop strategic plans and procedures that increase overall warehouse efficiency.
• Enforce company policies with a focus on attendance, safety protocols, and operational success.
• Lead physical inventory counts, reconcile computerized records, and ensure all specialized stock (hoses, fittings, couplings) is stored in correct locations.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery for customer orders by coordinating timely inventory transfers to delivery trucks.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to evaluate expenditures, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for warehouse practices.
• Manage the receiving, inspection, and recording of new inventory deliveries.
• Maintain a safe work environment; must be proficient in forklift operation and meet physical demands.

The essential functions of this role include:
