The Essentials

• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
  
  
• Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Second Shift)
  
  
• Type: Temp-to-Perm (We’re looking for long-term teammates!)
  
  
• Location: Manufacturing environment (Non-climate controlled)
  
  
• Overtime: Must be willing to work extra hours during the week and Saturdays based on production demand.
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you aren’t just pushing buttons—you are the engine of our production line. Your day-to-day will include:

• Machine Mastery: Operating and monitoring production machinery while performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep things running smoothly.
  
  
• Precision Work: Reading work orders to ensure the size and print of finished materials are spot-on.
  
  
• Quality Control: Adjusting machine settings for maximum efficiency and conducting rigorous quality checks.
  
  
• Logistics: Operating a forklift to stack, unstack, and move materials safely throughout the facility.
  
  
• Facility Pride: Participating in 5S initiatives (cleaning, sweeping, and organizing) to keep our workspace safe and professional.

Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company
standards and safety guidelines
 Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs to
equipment
 Read and interpret production work orders for size/print of finished material
 Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
 Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet specifications
 Maintain a clean and organized work area
 Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor
 Work is performed in a normal manufacturing environment (without climate
control)
 Drive forklift to stack/unstack and move products and materials
 Follow safe work practices and maintain a working knowledge of first aid and
emergency procedures.
 Must be will to work assigned shift and overtime as needed (both during the
week and Saturdays if production demand requires it)
 Employee shall participate in maintaining 5S in all areas of the facility, including
sweeping, cleaning, organizing, and other related tasks.
 Employee will be expected to perform any other assignments and duties as
assigned.



The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
