Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets and materials.
- Heavy Lifting: Manually move, load, and unload items weighing up to 50–75 lbs consistently throughout your shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders with high precision using handheld scanners.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with incoming shipments, verifying counts against packing slips, and organizing stock in the racks.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Keep the floor clear of debris and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Forklift Certified: Proven experience operating industrial lift trucks (certification preferred, but we can re-certify on-site).
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform heavy repetitive lifting without breaking a sweat.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, and take pride in a job well done.
- Safety Mindset: A "safety first" attitude to protect yourself and your teammates.
