Responsibilities
- Apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using manual spray, selective coating equipment, or brush techniques
- Mask and de-mask electronic components prior to coating
- Inspect coated assemblies for coverage, defects, bubbles, and contamination
- Operate and maintain coating equipment and curing ovens
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures
- Document production activities and maintain traceability records
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coating materials and chemicals
- Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve coating issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
