Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour
Shift Options: * Evening Shift (2nd): Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overnight Shift (3rd): Mon–Fri | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Run complex jobs using auxiliary equipment and hand loads while meeting or exceeding production standards.
- Quality Control: Identify and report defects (flash, splay, contamination) using magnifying lamps, microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
- Technical Tasks: Perform basic ERP software transactions (scrap, downtime, inventory) and update in-process QC records.
- Setup & Logistics: Prepare workstations, verify labels/work orders, and accurately weigh/count finished goods for shipping.
- Safety & Maintenance: Support 5S practices, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with training others as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Machine Operator role (Plastic Injection Molding or associated industry preferred).
- Skills: Ability to read/write English and perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, percentages).
- Technical: Proficiency with small hand tools and ability to follow complex written/oral instructions.
- Environment: High school diploma or equivalent; Clean Room experience is preferred.
- Reliability: Regular, on-time attendance is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
seeking experienced, reliable, and quality oriented experienced Plastic Mold Injection Machine Operator II for Monday - Friday on 2nd and 3rd shift to operate injection molding machines including inspection, assembly and properly packaging finished goods.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Machine Operator role within the plastic injection molding or associated industry or has gained proficiency in multiple competencies of more complex jobs.
- Read and write English.
- Clean Room experience preferred.
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) in different units of measurement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of plastic molded part defects.
